Please Join Us For our May Presentation on
Volunteer Management Tool Selection
Are you buried under an ever-growing mound of volunteer paperwork – paper volunteer timesheets, sticky notes with volunteers’ vacations, multiple spreadsheets (volunteer contact info and hours) project breakdowns & shifts, a growing email box with volunteer requests, or a combination of all of these? And let’s not forget reporting volunteer hours and impact to your leadership. If this is you, it may be time to investigate a volunteer management tool (or upgrading the one you already have). We’ll examine a product selection plan, begin to identify the features you must/want to have, and touch on the conversion/implementation process. We might even hear a few success stories and failures (i.e. learning opportunities). Tools and resources will be provided so you can begin selecting a volunteer management tool for your organization and finally get out from under the mountain of paperwork.
