FAST FACTS
- In May 2019, we voted to change the bylaws from - "The membership year shall begin on the first day payment is received for the membership and end one year later" to "The membership year shall run from August 1 to July 31"
- Starting in June 2019, the Annual Renewal Period will run June 1 – August 31
- Existing members may renew their memberships and new members may join during this window
VIRTUAL MEETINGS
Due to COVID-19, CIAVA may meet virtually, via Zoom, for the safety of all members. Members and meeting attendees will be notified about any changes.
MEMBERSHIP FAQ'S
I am not a member of CIAVA, but would like to join. Do I have to wait until the Annual Renewal Period to do so?
Yes. Outside of the annual renewal period (June - August), those interested in becoming members will need to pay the monthly meeting cost to attend the meetings.
