FAST FACTS
- In May, we voted to change the bylaws from - "The membership year shall begin on the first day payment is received for the membership and end one year later" to "The membership year shall run from August 1 to July 31"
- Starting in June 2019, the Annual Renewal Period will run June 1 – August 31
- Existing members may renew their memberships and new members may join during this window
VIRTUAL MEETINGS FOR 2020- 2021
Due to COVID-19, CIAVA is suspending in-person meetings for the foreseeable future. We want to ensure everyone's health and safety while complying with the policies of the United Way of Central Indiana, our host venue. Members and meeting attendees will be alerted if anything changes.
MEMBER PRICING FOR 2020-2021
In-person meetings have been postponed for the foreseeable future and will take place virtually using Zoom. The CIAVA Board has adjust the annual membership pricing for 2020-2021. The per meeting pricing will stay the same.

- Full Standard Membership Dues + Virtual Meeting Fees | $75
- Associate Membership Dues + Virtual Meeting Fees | $60
- Organization Membership Dues + Virtual Meeting Fees | $150

I am not a member of CIAVA, but would like to join. Do I have to wait until the Annual Renewal Period to do so?
